PRGE is excited to partner with High Score Arcade, Next Level Pinball Museum, Ground Kontrol Classic Arcade, Portland Arcade Collectors, Fabtek, Funtastic, Lents Pinball, Wedgehead, and Special When Lit for a classic gaming experience like no other. Put simply, it will be 30,000 square feet of full-size arcade cabs and pinball machines. All awesome and all set to freeplay (well, except for maybe a handful of claw machines). It's like a museum that you can touch - pay one admission price and play all weekend.
PRGE's Retrocade will be open to the public starting on Friday, October 9 through Sunday, October 11. A PRGE weekend pass gets you LOOOOONG hours of space invading, power pellet-munching, street fighting, mushroom stomping, ring grabbing and silver ball flipping.
Enormous effort is required to gather such a large collection of working game machines and we could not do it without the help of both private and business game collectors from all around the Pacific Northwest. These generous donors have put their blood, sweat and tears into keeping these machines alive and it's very gratifying that they have agreed to make them available for the public at the Expo.
Thanks to this awesome team of volunteers we will once again have hundreds of pinballs and arcade machines in our freeplay Retrocade!
Below is our list of ??? arcade machines and pinballs. Two notes: a lot of these machines are classics and we have had the occasional breakdown. We have an awesome team of technicians on-site and they will do the best they can, but not all of the listed machines may be working all weekend long.
We're also still adding a few machines, so don't be surprised if you find some that aren't listed here. Herding arcades and pinballs is worse than herding cats.
