About our Exhibitor Packages
While most trade show booths are only accessible from the front, many of our booths are accessible from at least three sides. We include a generous 4 or more feet of space between adjacent booths to maximize frontage available to attendees. All of our exhibitor spaces include clothed tables in the price. Further, booths that are back-to-back with another row of exhibitors include a half-drape wall and full-height pipe for hanging signage. For stand-alone booths, pipe and stands are available for hanging signage/banners. Electrical power is not included with any booth, but can be ordered directly from the Oregon Convention Center for an additional fee.

Half Booth
Booth occupies 10' by 5' floor space. Includes a single 8' by 30" clothed table, two chairs and one vendor badge.Single Booth
Booth occupies 11' by 11' floor space. Includes three 8' by 30" clothed tables, two chairs and two vendor badges.Double Booth
Booth occupies 11' by 22' floor space. Includes six 8' by 30" clothed tables, four chairs and four vendor badges.Mega Booth

Exhibitor Badges
Each exhibitor package contains a fixed number of exhibitor badges (see above). These badges grant the bearer access to the show hall during all pre- and post-show hours. Additional exhibitor badges are available for purchase. Exhibitors may also choose to purchase standard attendee badges at the time they pay for their exhibitor package. Contact the vendor coordinator for details.

Vendor Hours
At PRGE 2024 we have two options for our exhibitors:
- Three-Day Weekend of Friday, Saturday and Sunday in Hall C
Your setup must be completed by Friday noon!
Your vendor floor will be for open for attendees:
- Friday noon until 10:00 PM
- Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Sunday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Two-Day Weekend of Saturday and Sunday in Hall D
Your setup must be completed by 9:00 AM on Saturday morning!
Your vendor floor will be for open for attendees:
- Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Sunday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Exhibitor Setup
The exhibition hall will be open for vendor setup or load-in during the following hours:
- 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Thursday, September 26, 2024
- 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Friday, September 27, 2024
- 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM on Saturday, September 28, 2024
- 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Sunday, September 29, 2024
For security reasons, exhibitors will NOT be allowed in the exhibitor hall prior to 8:00 AM on Sunday.
PLEASE NOTE: The arcade portion of the Expo will be open to the public on Friday, September 27 during the vendor setup period. It will be separated from the exhibitor hall by an air wall until Saturday morning when the wall will be opened to conjoin the arcade and exhibitor halls into one. Once you have completed your booth setup on Friday, your exhibitor badge will grant you access to the arcade side of the show up until 10:00pm.
Exhibitors may also choose to set up on the day of the show. The exhibition hall will open for exhibitors at 6:00 AM on Saturday. All setup must be completed by the time the doors open at 9:00 AM.
All exhibitors must check in upon arrival to receive your table assignment and badges prior to unloading. If you have any questions about vendor setup, please contact rick@retrogamingexpo.com.
Only show staff and exhibitors will be permitted in the show hall prior to 9:00 AM on Saturday when the show hall officially opens to presale ticket holders. Attendees who purchase tickets at the door will be permitted into the show at 9:00 AM.
Blocking visibility of other exhibitors with merchandise or signage is prohibited.
Important Note To All Vendors and Exhibitors
Vendors and exhibitors are required to be completely set up by 9:00 AM on Saturday morning.
It is unsafe for exhibitors to load in their booth after the doors have opened. If you absolutely can't be set up by 9:00 AM, please contact the PRGE staff ahead of time to work something out. If you do NOT hear back within 48h please send another email - thank you! We will do our best to accommodate you at our discretion. There will be no refunds for late or no-show vendors and we reserve the right to reallocate your space in the event of a no-show.
