Vendor Information

Vendor Table & Booth Rates

All rates include both days of the event. Booth shape and location within the hall may vary. Layout may vary from booth to booth to allow for fire exits - in other words not all booths will look exactly the same. We can't guarantee booth placement, but we will do our best to accomodate vendors.

Electricity will be available at most booths and tables for no additional charge.

  • $50.00 for a table - includes one 2-day admission
  • $100.00 for two tables - includes two 2-day admissions
  • $150.00 for a booth (3 tables) - includes three 2-day admissions
  • $225.00 for a double booth (4 tables) - includes four 2-day admissions

For vendor information or to register for a booth or table, please contact Rick Weis. If you have special needs for your booth please let us know when you register as a vendor.

Vendor Setup

The exhibition hall will be open for vendor setup from 6:00 PM to midnight on Friday, September 17 - the evening before the event. The hall will be locked at 10:30 PM and will reopen the next morning.

Vendors may also choose to set up on the day of the show. The exhibition hall will open for vendors at 6:00 AM on Saturday, September 18th.

Please see a member of the show staff for your table assignment prior to unloading. If you have any questions about vendor setup, please contact info@retrogamingexpo.com.

Only show staff and vendors will be permitted in the show hall prior to 9:00 AM on Saturday when the show hall officially opens to presale ticket holders. Attendees who purchase tickets at the door will be permitted into the show at 10:00 AM.

Important Note To All Vendors and Exhibitors
Vendors and exhibitors are required to be completely set up by 9:00 AM on Saturday morning. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO LOAD-INS AFTER 9:00 AM*.

It is unfair to our show attendees to have to work around vendors who load in their booth after the doors have opened. If you absolutely can't be set up by 9:00 AM, please contact the PRGE staff ahead of time to work something out. We will do our best to accomodate you at our discretion. There will be no refunds for late or no-show vendors and we reserve the right to reallocate your vendor space in the event of a no-show..

* Swap meet vendors are exempt from the 9:00 AM set-up requirement. See below.

Swap Meet Tables

Do you have some video games or gaming collectibles to sell, but don't want to reserve a table for the whole weekend? This year we will have a section of "swap meet tables" where anyone can rent a table by the hour and spread their wares for selling or trading. There is no preregistration for the swap meet. To participate:

  • Show up at the show with your stuff on Saturday or Sunday (you will have to buy an admission to enter)
  • At the swap tables, sign up for the hour or hours you want and pay the attendant. The rate is $10 per hour.
  • When your time arrives, set up your stuff and start selling/trading!
  • When your time is up, pack up your stuff and turn your table over to the next person in line.

Please note: You can book a maximum of 2 consecutive hours at one table. There is no electricity available at the swap meet tables.
